At EVEREVE, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns are accepted both in-store and online to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original shipping bag or box and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing of your refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
